Freeze another pufferfish that is hovering over a Warp Pipe. Continue onward, dodging the pufferfish and avoiding getting crushed by the clam. In the next section, freeze a Cheep Cheep when it is directly under the Star Coin, then "ride" it as it floats up to the Star Coin. Swim past the Pufferfish, freezing them as necessary, though be warned that they will unfreeze and sink after a few seconds. Freeze the Cheep Cheep near the air spewing red pipe, then jump on it and to the left to collect the first Star Coin. Grab the eight red coins, then continue on. Then, jump onto the platform, and take this upper path to avoid the enemies in the water. After the red Warp Pipe section, freeze a Cheep Cheep and jump on it after it floats to the surface. The first ? Block has an Ice Flower if you need it. Use the Ice Flower to freeze Cheep Cheeps swimming toward you as you go to the right. Proceed down the Warp Pipe to the water area. In the starting area, hit the first ? Block to get a Super Mushroom or Ice Flower.
